What you will do:
– Provide expert medication and pharmaceutical care to patients, ensuring safe and effective use of medicines.
– Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualised treatment plans.
– Conduct thorough medication reviews and provide clinical advice to optimise patient outcomes.
– Support the dispensary with prescription management and supervision of pharmacy support staff.
– Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and support training and development of junior pharmacy staff.
Requirements of the Pharmacist:
– Current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
– Demonstrated experience as a Pharmacist within a UK-based NHS Pharmacy setting.
– NVQ or equivalent qualification as a Pharmacist.
