Electrician (EICR)
We're looking for qualified electricians to join our team.
The role involves carrying out electrical repairs and maintenance in occupied social housing properties, completing EICRs and any required remedial works, liaising professionally with residents, schedulers, and management, and using a PDA to accurately complete certificates and job sheets.
* Location: Manchester area
* Salary: £40k - £60k OTE
* Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
* Holidays: 23 days holiday (rising to 25) + bank holidays
* Travel Time: Paid after 30 minutes

What Youll Need
* NVQ Level 3 & AM2
* Good EICR fault-finding skills
* Full UK driving licence
