SAP Integration Lead
Mainly remote (Frimley based)
£678 per day Umbrella Inside IR35
12 Month Contract
This is a great opportunity to work within one of the UK's leading Defence organisations based In Frimley but Mainly remote.
Typical duties include (but are not limited to):
* Design Integration Solutions: Develop robust integration frameworks for diverse systems and applications, including ERP platforms like SAP.
* Collaborate with Teams: Work alongside software developers, architects, and project managers to gather and define integration requirements.
* Implement and Test: Execute integration solutions and perform thorough testing to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
* Monitor and Troubleshoot: Continuously oversee system integrations, identify issues, and provide prompt resolutions.
* Document Processes: Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, workflows, and system configurations.
* Stay Current: Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance integration strategies, especially in ERP and cloud-based ecosystems.
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications
* Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience: Proven experience in systems integration, software development, or a similar role, with hands-on experience in SAP ERP integration.
* Technical Skills: Strong understanding of integration methodologies and tools.
* API Knowledge: Experience with APIs, web services, and data exchange formats.
* Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
* Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Preferred: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), SAP architecture and ERP integration workflows, familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, and some knowledge of database management systems.
