Protocol Education is currently working with a range of PRUs and alternative provisions across the Brent area, and we’re looking for flexible, proactive Unqualified Teachers to join our team for immediate starts.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with experience in youth work, tutoring, sports coaching, or classroom support who are ready to take on a more independent role. You’ll be delivering pre-planned lessons, supporting engagement, and helping create a safe, structured learning environment for students who have been excluded from mainstream education.
Job Duties:
* Deliver pre-set lessons across a range of subjects
* Support students with social, emotional and behavioural needs
* Maintain a calm and focused classroom environment
* Work collaboratively with behaviour mentors, support staff and school leaders
* Adapt quickly to different school settings while maintaining consistency
About the Role:
* Full-time, Monday to Friday
* Opportunities across multiple settings in Brent
* No formal teaching qualification required
* Ideal for individuals with experience in education, mentoring, youth work, or behaviour support
* Ongoing CPD and training opportunities available
* £100 to £130 per day, paid weekly

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
