The Technical Manager Will Ideally Have The Following Attributes
* Previous experience working within a technical role, ideally within a construction or technical engineering environment
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and written abilities
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and to targets
* Understanding of AUTOCAD and SolidWorks software packages
* Product or industry knowledge would be advantageous
* Strong attention to detail and problem:solving skills
* Ability to communicate effectively with personnel at all levels
* Self:motivated with a strong drive to succeed
The Technical Manager Role Will Involve
* Leading the Project Services department and overseeing the full design lifecycle from concept through to fabrication issue
* Ensuring consistency and quality across all design outputs
* Coordinating with internal departments, clients, and contractors as a key technical contact
* Ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
* Translating client requirements into practical and buildable design solutions
* Supporting prefabrication, modularisation, and system standardisation initiatives
* Providing technical and pricing support to business development teams and the wider business
* Working to project deadlines and ensuring successful project delivery
