The Role
As an Associate or Senior Associate in the Infrastructure team, you will play a key role in delivering large-scale projects across utilities, gas and water pipelines, transport, rail, renewables, decarbonisation, highways, and bridges. You'll work on high-value projects, typically exceeding ÂŁ200m.
This is a perfect role for professionals with a strong technical understanding of infrastructure projects, procurement processes, and experience with NEC and MF1 contracts.
What We're Looking For:
* Degree qualified (preferably in Civil Engineering or related discipline).
* MRICS preferred (training support available if required).
* Pre- and post-contract experience in infrastructure/utility projects.
* Experience with high-value engineering projects in energy, utilities, highways, or transport.
* Consultancy or main contractor experience is highly desirable.
* Strong technical and commercial mindset.
* Experience navigating complex contracts and procurement processes in heavy engineering.
* Client-facing experience and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
* Leadership and mentoring skills to support junior team members.
