This market leader award winning developer of organic wellness products is looking for people to join their German Customer Care team as a Customer Care Administrator that want to work for a unique company with lovely, kind and generous people. The Customer Care Administrator provide excellent customer service to the customer network by building relationships, resolving queries on a wide variety of topics and processing orders and changes. The German Customer Care Administrator is the first contact point and the role is to truly represent the values and principles of customer service.
German Customer Care Administrator Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer queries and process incoming customer requests via phone and email
Receive and make outgoing phone calls to German customers
Proactively develop relationships where possible, building opportunities with both new and existing customers
Ensure a proactive, flexible and positive approach at all times when handling customer requests.
Key Attributes of the Customer Care Administrator
Must be fluent in both oral and written English and German .
Excellent communication skills with both internal & external customers.
Able to build good relationships at all levels with a positive and flexible approach.
Able to work a rotating 5 week shift pattern

This Customer Care Administrator role offers a mixture of home and office working, typically 1 day per month will be in the office to collaborate with colleagues at their St Neots Cambridgeshire office.
