We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join a small, person-centred learning disabilities service. This role focuses on supporting a small number of individuals within the community and is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong, long-term relationships. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role - you must have the right to work in the UK in place to apply. Package £13.60ph days / £15.08ph waking nights 2030 hours per week Mainly evenings and weekends Ongoing training and development Small supportive team Opportunity to grow with the service Holiday cover available Stable long-term role Responsibilities Supporting adults with learning disabilities Assisting with epilepsy management Community access and daily living skills Working to person-centred support plans Building positive relationships Liaising with families and professionals Maintaining accurate records Promoting dignity and independence Requirements Experience in learning disabilities essential Knowledge of epilepsy support Must be a driver with own transport Available evenings and weekends Calm and confident approach Team-focused and reliable Female preferred due to service needs Right to work in the UK This is a community-based role supporting across BA9, BA4 and DT9 postcodes. Regular travel between visits is required. Travel from home to first visit and last visit home is considered standard commute.
