Weekly Pay - PAYE - Immediate Start
Luxery student accomodation site requires an efficient temporary Labourer/Maintenance Op to assist with daily reactive repairs and maintenance at one of their buildings.
Job duties can include:
1. Undertaking reactive Maintenance tasks to high quality standards including basic plumbing, joinery, and carpentry where necessary.
2. Some painting and decorating - mainly snagging
3. Moving furniture and heavy items across the buildings.
4. Putting out bins
5. Health and safety checks
The perfect candidate will have:
6. Proven experience of undertaking repairs and maintenance in a domestic residential environment or as a general builder/residential construction in the following trades: plumber, electrician, or carpenter.
7. Work well as a team or individually.
8. Awareness of Health & Safety requirements.
9. Positive attitude and ability to use initiative.
10. Helpful, friendly with a professional manner.
