About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager to join our dynamic IT solutions team. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a passion for technology and relationship-building. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding key accounts, driving new business acquisition, and increasing overall revenue through strategic sales initiatives. Based in New Malden with a hybrid working model, this role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of technology solutions. The Key Account Manager will play a vital role in maintaining our company's growth trajectory by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating effectively with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions to our clients.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience in reseller sales within the technology solutions sector. A proven track record of managing key accounts and generating new business is essential. Strong negotiation and communication skills are required, along with a self-motivated and target-driven attitude. Candidates should demonstrate enthusiasm for technology, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A background in IT solutions, coupled with experience in structured prospecting and account management, will be highly advantageous. A professional approach, resilience, and a passion for continuous learning are key attributes for success in this role.

Responsibilities

* Sell the full range of our IT solutions, focusing on acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts.
* Engage in proactive prospecting and structured call sessions to generate net new business opportunities.
* Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
* Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to better understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining or surpassing gross profit margin thresholds.
* Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and lead generation activities to enhance sales efforts.
* Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and pipeline management.
* Continuously develop industry knowledge through ongoing training, certifications, and market research.
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
