Holdens Law Ltd are seeking an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join a very well-established law firm that provides a high-quality legal service with offices in Lancaster and Kendal. This is a permanent position where you’ll be joining the friendly, supportive but very busy Private Client team, with the opportunity to work either from the Lancaster or Kendal office.
Both full-time and part-time applications are considered with competitive salaries depending on experience. Employee benefits include hybrid working, along with genuine opportunities for progression within the firm. This position has arisen due to the organic growth of the department.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within our Private Client Department as a Fee Earner. You will be running your own caseload of matters including:
1. Inheritance tax planning
2. Asset protection
3. Wills and estate planning
4. Trusts
5. Probates
6. Court of Protection
7. LPAs
The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 3 years PQE (or equivalent experience) within Private Client. You should be able to handle your own workload with minimal supervision and have excellent client care.
