We are seeking enthusiastic, patient and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their exceptional team. About the Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will: * Support pupils with a variety of special educational needs (SEN), including ASD, communication difficulties, and complex learning needs. * Work closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver tailored learning and care. * Help create a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can thrive. * Assist with classroom activities, behaviour support, and personal development. * Build strong relationships with pupils, encouraging independence and confidence. What We're Looking For * Experience working with SEN children in any setting. * A calm, empathetic and "get stuck in" approach. * Passion for helping children achieve their full potential. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Reliability and a positive attitude. * A current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
