Overview
Hotel Indigo Torquay is looking for Spa Therapists to join our growing team and bring the Hotel Indigo values to life.
We have a variety of contracts available: Part-Time (from 8 hours per week) and Full-Time (40 hours per week).
Responsibilities
* Guest interactions: welcome guests to the spa in a 5* manner, educate guests on our offerings, and discuss options. Experience in a Spa Therapist role or similar within a guest-facing environment is beneficial.
* Performing treatments: deliver treatments within guidelines to provide a relaxing and comfortable experience; explain what the treatment will involve and help guests feel at ease. Training to UK NVQ level 3 or ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or equivalent in beauty treatments and massage is essential.
* Promoting products: promote and up-sell treatments and products, recommending options based on guest interactions. Passion for the Spa & Leisure sector and knowledge of current and upcoming trends are desirable.
Qualification and experience
* Experience in a Spa Therapist role or similar in a guest-facing environment is advantageous.
* Essential training: UK NVQ level 3 or ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or equivalent in beauty treatments and massage.
