Major Incident Manager
Location: Manchester (Hybrid)
A fast-growing UK tech provider is hiring a Major Incident Manager to take the lead when it matters most. You’ll own high-severity incidents across cloud, network, security and comms platforms, ensuring rapid recovery and first-class communication.
The Role
* Lead major incidents end-to-end
* Coordinate technical teams and drive swift resolution
* Deliver clear, confident updates to customers and internal stakeholders
* Maintain accurate timelines, reports and PIRs
* Improve processes, runbooks and incident readiness
You’ll Bring
* Experience managing major incidents in an MSP / ISP / Telco environment
* Strong technical understanding (Networks, Infrastructure, CCaaS or security)
* Excellent communication under pressure
* Ability to direct multi-disciplinary teams
* A calm, analytical approach and decisive mindset
