A welcoming secondary school in Bury is looking for an experienced SEND TA to support students with EHCPs across KS3 and KS4. Responsibilities: Supporting students with autism, ADHD, SEMH or mild learning needs Implementing EHCP targets Running small intervention groups Encouraging engagement, confidence and independence We’re Looking For: Experience in a SEND or pastoral support role A calm, nurturing and patient approach Someone passionate about inclusion and positive behaviour All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
