The Role
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established client in Birmingham who is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead their internal IT function. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of IT Support professionals, ensuring high levels of performance and service delivery.
Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, including infrastructure, user support, and service desk functions.
Take ownership of the organisation’s Microsoft Azure environment, ensuring optimal performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.
Manage and maintain Cisco networking equipment, ensuring network availability and security across all sites.
Drive the implementation and ongoing administration of Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to align IT initiatives with business goals.
