As a Deputy Care Manager, you will support the Registered Care Manager in providing high-quality, personalised care to individuals. Your responsibilities will include direct support as a Support Worker and office hours for staff management tasks, such as creating rotas and mentoring Support Workers.

About this service & requirements for the role:
* 8-bed home, supporting 8 people
* Supports individuals with autism, deafblindness, or complex disabilities
* Prior experience in a Social Care setting such as Community, Residential, or Supported Living is essential.
* Knowledge of or willingness to learn British Sign Language or similar (desirable)
* A full UK manual license (desirable, as we have a company vehicle for community outings)
