Purpose of the role
To maintain the smooth running of the kitchen operation in all outlets. Produce high quality standards of food and continually strive for perfection and high levels of member satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage daily kitchen operations and lead the entire kitchen brigade, ensuring the Head Chefs vision is executed with precision.
Work closely with the Restaurant managers to ensure good communication and team work, front and back of house.
Communicate daily with front of house team, internal customers with daily business events.
Monitor and supervise the Staff restaurant facility
Supervise with the Back of House Manager/Supervisor
Lead by example to ensure that each member of the team is motivated, engaged and fulfilling their potential.
Oversee all food production to ensure every dish meets consistent standards for taste, quality, and presentation.
Create work schedules (rotas), assign daily tasks, and manage team performance.
