Head of Business Transformation

We're looking for a senior leader to take ownership of how our client's organisation connects commercial promises with operational delivery. This role is all about making sure what they bid, cost and schedule is realistic, controlled and aligned with how the work actually gets done. You'll be shaping how major programmes operate, using reliable data, clear processes and joined-up communication to keep performance on-track for customers such as the UK MoD and the National Police Air Service.
What you'll be doing:
Bringing Commercial & Operational Work Together
* Build practical connections between commercial KPIs and day-to-day operational activity.
* Improve how they set targets, track progress and visually manage performance across teams.
* Keep programme cost baselines accurate and up to date to ensure multi-million-pound projects stay aligned with contract expectations.
* Ensure all teams work from a single, trusted set of data and reporting tools.
Digital Systems, Data & Process Improvement
1. Act as the functional owner for core systems including Envision and airworthiness platforms.
2. Shape and maintain the business's data architecture, ensuring reliability, security and long-term stability.
