Role Requirements
* Daily calls to potential landlords and sellers.
* Conduct market appraisals for listings.
* List properties on our CRM system Reapit.
* Qualify clients and arrange viewings.
* Acting as a negotiator and find suitable outcomes for both parties.
* Maintain regular contact with clients and build a strong relationship based on trust and transparency.
* Keep record of properties, clients, and owners.
