Salary: £27,885 per annum + On Target Earnings up to 7.5% of base salary

As part of ASDA Travel Money, you'll be based on-site at a busy ASDA store, assisting thousands of customers with foreign exchange. We aim to be the preferred provider by delivering detailed advice and exceptional customer service. We seek individuals who can help us achieve this vision.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a team of Travel Service Partners to ensure excellent customer experience.
2. Mentor and support the team to maintain high service standards.
3. Review customer feedback and service levels to improve processes.
4. Engage with customers to process foreign exchange transactions accurately.
5. Meet performance goals related to procedures, operations, and customer service.
6. Handle daily online FX requests and deliveries with attention to detail.
7. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
Candidate Requirements:
* Leadership skills to motivate and guide diverse teams.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
* Strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
* Drive to succeed and make a positive impact.
Interview Process:
1. Initial screening call with Talent Acquisition or Bureau Manager.
2. Online interview, including a numerical and accuracy test.
3. Visit to the bureau for a face-to-face meeting with the Area Manager.
4. Job offer following a successful visit, with feedback provided if unsuccessful.
