New Build Property Solicitor / Conveyancer

What you’ll do
As a New Build Property Solicitor / Conveyancer you will oversee and manage your own caseload of new‑build property transactions, including sales, purchases, shared ownership, right‑to‑buy and lease extensions. You will ensure that all transactions progress smoothly and efficiently from inception through to conclusion.
Key Skills and Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee your own caseload of new‑build purchase files and related sales/part exchanges.
* Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with new and existing clients, providing legal advice and support throughout the conveyancing process.
* Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
* Apply technical expertise and knowledge of conveyancing procedures and regulatory obligations to process cases efficiently and cost‑effectively.
* Demonstrate a proven record as a Residential Property Fee Earner with expertise in New Build properties.
* Ensure compliance with departmental procedures and achieve agreed billing targets.
* Process cases on a timely and cost‑effective basis.
* Maintain strong organisational skills, IT literacy and experience using web‑based case management systems.
* Be commercially astute, understanding the impact of business targets and generating fee income in line with agreed targets.
* Handle freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership properties.
* Manage client enquiries face‑to‑face, remotely and by telephone.
