HS4LC's Skills Bridge Programme began in September 2018 with its first cohort of learners. Since then, the programme has expanded and we now offer a range of tailored employment and independence programmes for our learners.
In line with this vision HS4LC has not only expanded the Skills Bridge Programmes but committed to establishing two social enterprises to provide training opportunities for our learners. The Harrogate Chocolate Factory was established in September 2019 and the Harrogate Chocolate Factory Café opened in July 2021.
