Accounts Assistant
Location: Chichester (Fully Office Based)
Salary: Up to £35,000 (Depending on Experience)
We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join a fast-paced and dynamic team based in Chichester. This is a fully office-based role, offering the opportunity to work within a supportive and driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing day-to-day bookkeeping using XERO

Processing invoices, reconciliations, and supporting month-end activities

Assisting with financial reporting and general accounts administration
*
Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
Requirements:

Proven experience using XERO is essential
*
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks
*
Sharp-minded and quick to learn new processes
