Wood is recruiting for an ERP Applications Support Lead to join our friendly applications team. The role is responsible for overseeing support, implementation of enhancements, modifications, upgrades, and patches in Oracle ERP. You will monitor all tickets, prevent escalations, and coordinate with the team on critical issues. The objective is to ensure high-quality support that maximizes commercial value and minimizes risk, in line with Wood policies and processes.
This position can be based at our Head Office in Aberdeen (preferred) or remotely within the UK.

The Role
This is a great opportunity for a proven team leader with a solid background in Oracle ERP applications. You should be capable of collaborating with stakeholders to leverage Oracle ERP technology to support functional objectives.
You will contribute to the future of the ERP Support Structure, supporting global resources across regions. You will manage daily ERP programs related to technical design, staffing, and planning efficiently and cost-effectively.

Expected Qualifications
* Extensive ERP experience leading a global team, with a strong Oracle ERP background
* Solid functional knowledge in Projects and Finance modules (Costing, Billing, Management, Receivables, Payables, General Ledger, Purchasing)
* Proven leadership, business acumen, and functional expertise in enterprise IT and ERP
* Ability to lead, motivate, and work with ambiguity
* Deep understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite data model, schema, and Multi-Org concepts
* Technical understanding of application architecture
* Facilitate cross-functional collaboration within ERP landscape
