Head of Projects – Aberdeen

We are seeking a Head of Projects to lead our projects team in Aberdeen. This is a senior leadership role where you will own and deliver the business unit project plan, drive growth through a strong sales pipeline, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
What You’ll Do
* Lead the safe delivery of projects, managing risk and compliance across all activities.
* Develop and execute a robust project pipeline to exceed financial targets.
* Recruit, develop, and retain top talent for current and future growth.
* Build strong client and supply chain relationships to secure major projects.
* Oversee bids, tenders, and proposals, ensuring exceptional quality and compliance.
* Drive innovation and identify new opportunities through emerging technologies.
* Manage full P&L responsibility for the business unit.
* Champion CBRE’s values and contribute to wider business strategy.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven track record in delivering complex projects in M&E, FM, construction.
* Experience managing P&L and leading high-performing teams.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate at senior levels.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
* Recognised technical or project management qualifications (APM, Prince2, SMSTS, NEBOSH desirable).
