🛠️ What you’ll be doing
• Own and evolve the end-to-end platform (React, Python/FastAPI, AWS)
• Build and scale backend services, APIs, and data models
• Develop and maintain frontend features (React / TypeScript)
• Take responsibility for system performance, reliability, and scalability
• Manage deployments and infrastructure (AWS, Docker)
• Work closely with product and AI teams to deliver new features
• Contribute to and improve LLM-powered functionality
• Mentor and support other engineers
• Continuously improve a live product used by real customers
⚙️ Tech environment
Backend: Python, FastAPI
Frontend: React, TypeScript
Infrastructure: AWS, Docker.
Data: Postgres (or similar relational databases).
AI: LLM integrations and AI-driven workflows (growing area).
✅ What we’re looking for
• Experience as a full-stack or backend-leaning engineer
• Strong Python and React/TypeScript skills
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS or similar)
• Comfortable taking ownership of systems end-to-end
• Strong problem-solving ability and product mindset
• Experience mentoring or supporting other engineers (or ready to step into this)
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment
AI experience isn’t required, but an interest in working with AI systems is important.
