Performance Manager – Highways / Infrastructure * Hertford / Remote / Site-Based Flexibility * Up to £65,000 Car Allowance Package * Permanent (Immediate Start Available) We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering complex infrastructure and highways projects across the UK. They are now looking to appoint a Performance Manager to support their ongoing work on major National Highways frameworks. The Role: This is a strategic and analytical role where you'll be responsible for: * Collecting and reviewing performance data across live projects * Producing weekly and monthly reports to senior leadership * Analysing trends, identifying performance risks, and recommending improvements * Supporting behavioural change initiatives and continuous improvement strategies * Working closely with project teams, technical leads, and client stakeholders Requirements: * Experience in civil engineering, highways, or infrastructure projects * Exposure to National Highways or similar frameworks is highly desirable * Strong background in performance management, project controls, or data-led site improvement * Proficient with Microsoft tools: Excel, Power BI, PowerApps * Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of performance improvement across a respected contractor’s project portfolio.
