Your Mission..
* To provide support to the Customer Marketing Managers on the implementation of brand, customer and channel plans for the On-trade.
* To be the main point of contact for the Field Sales Team within Head Office and offer support on design and creative briefs
Responsibilities
Creative & Design
* Taking briefs from the Field Sales team and translating into creative designs that fit with brand personalities; from menus, to adverts, POS items, digital media and more
* Supporting Customer Marketing Managers with creative presentations and tenders for key customers
Sales Tools and Support
* Attend regional sales team meetings to update on upcoming activations
* Ensuring all sales tools are up to date with the latest information delivered in an interesting and creative way
* Conduct days in trade with the regional sales team offering marketing support in customer meetings
Campaign Execution
* Supporting Customer Marketing Managers with activations ensuring all items are delivered to customers in a timely manner
* Supporting the Events Team and Customer Marketing Managers to plan and execute trade shows and other key events
Measures of success
* Meeting all creative and design deadlines with clear timelines and briefs every time
* Delivering ROI for all customer activity
* Clear and considered evaluation of activity plans, using robust category metrics
* Keeping an up to date portal of all sales tools – updating regularly and communicating to the sales team
Key Requirements
* Committed and highly organised individual
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to clearly prioritise work load, understanding the difference between important and urgent tasks
* Proven track record of project management
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills
* High energy levels with the capacity to deliver operational tasks, taking hands on responsibility for several areas within Customer Marketing
* Focused on meeting key deadlines and delivering results
* Possess strong project management skills and an ability to think both rapidly and 'outside the box'
* Must be a self starter – with the ability to juggle many projects
* Be passionate about our brands, with a hunger to succeed
