Urgent Hiring! Disability Assessor - Frimley
Full-Time (PIP & WCA) and Part-Time (WCA only). Monday to Friday, 9 am‑5 pm. No weekends.
About the role
Disability Assessor (PIP/WCA) – hybrid (home & office). Suitable for nurses, OTs, physiotherapists, paramedics, pharmacists.
Responsibilities
* Conduct structured assessments (telephone & face‑to‑face)
* Review medical evidence and daily living impact
* Produce detailed reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP)
* Make objective recommendations based on evidence
* Assessment‑focused role – no prescribing, no treatment planning, no shift pressures.
Qualifications
* Minimum 1-year post-registration experience in an adult setting
* At least 1-year active registration
* Strong communication and report writing skills
* Confident IT and typing skills
* Sponsorship is not available
Salary & Bonuses
* PIP Assessor (3 assessments per day): £39,500 + bonus. £1,000 salary increase after 6 and 12 months
* WCA Assessor (5‑6 shorter assessments per day): £42,000 + bonus. £1,000 salary increase after 6 months
* Up to 10% quality and performance bonus
Hours
* Full-time (WCA/PIP): Monday to Friday, 9am‑5pm
* Part‑time (WCA only): 0.6 FTE (3 days), 0.8 FTE (4 days). PT must work Friday and can choose remaining days.
