Infrastructure Support Engineer
£25,000 - £35,000
Hybrid (3 days on site) - Bristol

Experience:
* 2-5 year's experience working in a busy Managed Service Provider
* Skilled in supporting Microsoft Windows environments (Windows 8, 10, and 11).
* Proficient in Windows Server administration and support.
* Experienced with vitalisation platforms, including Hyper-V and VMware.
* Adept in Mac system support across enterprise environments.
* In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and the Office Suite.
* Proficient in managing and supporting Microsoft Intune and Autopilot for desktop deployment.
* Familiar with Endpoint Manager and Conditional Access policy configuration.
* Strong proficiency in Active Directory (both Windows Server and Azure AD).
* Solid understanding of networking components such as Firewalls, Routers, and Switches.
* Experienced with industry-standard RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) and ticketing systems.
* Effective communicator with the ability to mentor and support team members.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be capable of managing multiple tickets or projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high service quality.
* Problem Solving:
A proactive mindset with a natural curiosity to diagnose issues and identify root causes. The role requires a hands-on problem solver who can think critically, work independently, and contribute innovative ideas to enhance IT operations.
