Key Responsibilities: The Salvation Army manages the Government’s Modern Slavery Victim Care Contract, supporting adult victims of modern slavery in England and Wales. Through this contract, we and our specialist partners can build on expertise developed from helping more than 12,000 adult victims of modern slavery and human trafficking since July 2011. Working to support the data team, you’ll be responsible for providing high quality, responsive administrative support to the Contract Management team. You will perform a variety of activities, including monitoring and assigning incoming queries to the data team, overseeing the administration of the case management system and user profiles, managing incoming subject access requests (SARs), and the production of reports. The successful candidate will have: The required security clearance (or be willing to undertake the process to obtain this) Previous experience of providing effective entry level administrative support and/or data entry work Demonstrable good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information to customers/colleagues in a clear, effective and professional manner Demonstrable ability to perform your tasks in a timely manner and to the expected quality standards The ability to handle confidential information appropriately in line with The SA policies and statutory requirements Proven good experience of using Microsoft Office (Word/Excel), Outlook and Teams to perform your work duties In order to complete your application please download and read the job profile and any other attachments.
