Serve as a visible and approachable figure within the community, building strong relationships, identifying support needs, and facilitating positive outcomes for tenants. Prioritise rental income management, promoting a rent-first culture and handling arrears effectively. Assist tenants with financial wellbeing through the creation of payment plans and guidance on accessing financial inclusion services.
