Responsibilities
* Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate advice and solutions
* Provide an excellent level of customer care, ensuring that the right customer and business outcome is optimised and achieved
* Obtain all relevant information from new clients ensuring these are detailed correctly.
* Accurately assess claims for both liability and injury and prepare for submission.
Qualifications - Essential
* Proven experience in a customer service or advisory role
* Strong communication skills
* Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
* Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
* A positive attitude with the ability to work well within a team environment.
