Job Title: Senior Public Rights of Way Enforcement Officer Salary: £35265 - £37036 per annum 35 Hours per Week Location: Worcester Team: Public Rights of Way Team Permanent Contract Worcestershire County Council's Public Rights of Way Team is seeking a knowledgeable, skilled and enthusiastic professional to lead on Enforcement work related to public rights of way. The role which has a wide range of responsibilities, the key areas being: To lead the public rights of way enforcement function within the Public Rights of Way Team Responsibility for preparation and serving of legal notices and managing complex and/or contentious cases Providing, advice, support and training across the Public Rights of Way Team. This is a senior role in the team and you will be expected to deal with some challenging cases. With the role comes a busy and demanding workload requiring excellent prioritisation and time management skills to meet key performance indicator targets. You will be highly motivated and able to work on your own initiative to achieve successful outcomes. You will need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be able to deal effectively with a range of stakeholders including senior managers, county councillors, parish and town councils and user groups.
