Job Purpose
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Service Scheduler to join our dynamic team. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent IT skills, outstanding customer service abilities, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong initiative and accountability, a solid understanding of Work in Progress (WIP), and the ability to optimise travel routes for field service personnel.
Duties
1. Schedule and coordinate service appointments for field engineers efficiently.
2. Continuously improve scheduling processes to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
3. Assign service requests based on skill set, location, and availability.
4. Ensure compliance with CCS operating protocols and manage engineer diaries.
5. Liaise with engineers daily to optimise service planning and delivery.
6. Handle customer calls, outbound appointment settings, letters, and job updates via Protean (CRM system).
7. Serve as the primary point of contact for service scheduling and manage urgent requests professionally.
8. Assist with repairs appointments, parts follow-ups, and re-attendance planning within three days.
9. Monitor and manage WIP to ensure all tasks are completed promptly.
