The Role
As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support students across KS3 and KS4 lessons
* Work 1:1 and with small groups to improve engagement and progress
* Help students develop confidence, resilience, and independence
* Support pupils with additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
* Work closely with teachers, pastoral teams, and SEND staff
* Build positive relationships and act as a trusted role model
