Key Responsibilities
Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard
Supporting smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards
Assisting with stock control, prep lists, and kitchen organisation
Working effectively within a team and adapting to different kitchen environments
Following menus and instructions from senior chefs or head chefs
What We're Looking For
Experience in a professional kitchen (level of experience depends on role)
Strong understanding of food safety and allergen awareness
Ability to work under pressure in fast‑paced environments
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
