Autoline Support Analyst (Part-Time, Hybrid)
Autoline Exp is essential to have (update 18/12) either from user or technical support level.
Hybrid role | 3 days per week (Tuesday–Thursday) | Occasional on-site visits – Coventry, UK
Our client is looking for an experienced Autoline Support Analyst to play a key role in supporting and enhancing the Autoline Dealer Management System (DMS) used across the business
This is a part-time, hybrid position, offering the flexibility of remote working for most of the week, with occasional on-site collaboration at Coventry when required.
The Role
As an Autoline Support Analyst, you’ll act as a vital link between IT, business users, and third-party suppliers. You’ll help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Autoline system, maintain high data quality, and support system users while contributing to wider projects and system improvements.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing user access and security requests within Autoline, including new starters, changes, and leavers
* Providing second-line technical support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely resolution
* Working closely with external suppliers to escalate and track system issues through to completion
* Maintaining accurate records within internal and supplier ticketing systems
* Carrying out key data maintenance activities to support system accuracy and business operations
* Supporting period-end processes across financial modules
* Contributing to project work by sharing system expertise, coordinating communications, and supporting delivery milestones
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* Proven experience in IT support, application support
* Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confidence working with data and maintaining system integrity
Desirable:
* Hands-on experience supporting the Autoline Dealer Management System
* Background in automotive retail, dealership, or related environments
* IT certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft
