The role As an Internal Sales Executive you will be expected to: Order processing Raise quotes, chasing quotations when due to expire Provide customers with a knowledgeable, friendly and dependable service whilst at the same time optimising branch sales and gross profit. Work effectively as part of a team ensuring that customers’ expectations are not just met but exceeded Work with efficiency and accuracy Maintain & develop company culture, customer satisfaction, trade counter & delivery service Possess excellent customer service and sales skills both in person and on the telephone Serve customers face-to-face on the trade counter Account ownership updating the CRM Candidate requirements The candidate: Previous sales experience working for a merchant or construction business.
