An independent and privately-owned Guernsey family office are seeking to appoint a Client Accountant / Bookkeeper.

The Client Accountant / Bookkeeper will join an existing team which currently consists of the Head of Finance and a Client Accountant. The role would report to the Head of Finance and be responsible for carrying out bookkeeping and reconciliations of transactions, prepare unaudited financial statements for trusts and companies, assist with statutory filings, and assist with annual audit preparations.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional experience in the finance industry and hold a recognised accounting qualification such as ACCA or CAT. You will need experience with using and maintaining accounting systems, be well-organised, have an enthusiastic and hands-on approach, alongside strong and verbal communication skills.
