Maths Academic Mentor | What Were Looking For:
* A graduate with a minimum 2:1 degree in Mathematics (or closely related subject) from a Top 20 UK University
* Passionate about education, with the ability to motivate and engage secondary school pupils
* A strong communicator, both written and verbal
* Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic, with a desire to support students of varying abilities
* Reliable, organised, and professional in their approach
Maths Academic Mentor | Your role:
* Providing one-to-one and small group Maths interventions
* Supporting pupils to overcome learning barriers and build confidence
* Assisting teachers in delivering high-quality lessons
* Helping to track and monitor student progress
* Playing a key role in raising attainment in Mathematics across KS3 and KS4
