Responsibilities

* Collaborate with fellow Retail Store Managers, Area and Regional teams to share best practices and encourage continuous growth across the teams – we win together.
* Drive retail commerciality, striving for fantastic sales and high performance across all KPIs.
* Maintain excellent store standards and impeccable merchandising. From cleanliness to pricing, ensure everything is picture‑perfect.
* Operate on the front lines, shoulder‑to‑shoulder with your team, creating an environment always ready to welcome customers with open arms.
* Master promotional change: transform our space to align with the Matrix (no, not the movie!), and bring the hottest seasonal trends.
* Manage merchandising with high SKU count and precise placement in planogrammed and non‑planogrammed spaces.
