About the Role:
* Oversee the maintenance, security, and cleanliness of all school buildings and grounds
* Act as the lead for Health and Safety compliance and statutory testing
* Manage capital works, refurbishments, and contractor relationships
* Lead and develop the site team, including maintenance, grounds, and cleaning staff
* Manage the facilities budget effectively to ensure value for money
* Coordinate logistics for school events, exhibitions, and external lettings
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have proven experience in Facilities or Estate Management, ideally in education
* Hold relevant qualifications such as IWFM, NEBOSH, or IOSH
* Possess strong technical knowledge of building systems and compliance
* Demonstrate excellent leadership skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Be committed to the safeguarding and welfare of students and the school community
