Job Description:
Join our CIB Cloud Success Team as a Product Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of cloud product innovation. We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused leader to drive the success of our Modular EKS, NextGen ECS, and ECR products. As a core leader, you will guide successful product launches, exceed customer expectations, and make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality products that resonate with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and articulate a product strategy and vision that delivers exceptional value to customers.
* Lead discovery efforts and conduct market research to uncover customer solutions, integrating them into the product roadmap.
* Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that supports the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
* Build frameworks and track key success metrics, including cost, feature functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
* Drive change across the organization, ensuring alignment and effective implementation of large-scale change programs.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including application, architecture, and SRE teams, to deliver high-quality products.
* Engage effectively with stakeholders at various levels within the organization, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
* 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
* Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
* Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
* Strong knowledge of AWS technologies and products, with a focus on containerized solutions such as ECS and EKS.
* Ability to work with teams who practice both Kanban and Sprint based Agile methods; be flexible to the goals/outcomes not the method.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
* Demonstrated experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
* Proven experience in driving change and ensuring alignment across the organization.
* Highly organized with a keen ability to track issues, actions, and resolutions.
* Solid knowledge and experience in collaborating with central product teams, engineers, and product owners.
* Cloud certification such as AWS Cloud Practitioner or higher is preferred.
