Job Title: Junior Account Manager

Salary: £32,000 Basic + £10,000 OTE

Location: Hybrid – 1 day per week in a modern co-working office

The Opportunity

This is an excellent early-career opportunity to develop a career in account management within a growing technology business.

As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll support existing client relationships, help customers maximise the value of the company’s technology and work closely with the wider commercial team. With structured support and strong growth within the business, there is a clear pathway into senior commercial roles within 12–18 months.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and nurture relationships with existing client accounts
* Act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience
* Support clients in maximising the value of the company’s technology
* Identify opportunities to grow accounts and introduce additional solutions
* Work closely with senior account managers and the wider sales team
* Collaborate with marketing on customer engagement initiatives
* Track account activity and maintain accurate CRM records
* Contribute to overall customer retention and revenue growth

* A natural problem solver who enjoys helping clients succeed
* Confident speaking with professionals across different industries
