Job Description Casual Customer Service Advisor Annandale and Eskdale £13.26 per hour Are you energetic, enthusiastic and committed to delivering excellent customer service? These roles are based within Customer Services Centres which bring together Libraries, Local Studies & Archives, Registration, and face to face Customer Services. These are casual posts supporting the wider Customer Services Team with the opportunity to work across a number of our sites in the Annandale & Eskdale areas supporting local communities. In a typical day the service can go from registering a marriage, delivering BookBug sessions, distributing library books and supporting customers with general enquiries. So, if you love variety in your day and flexibility in your working hours we want to hear from you. Ideally, you’ll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to deal with customer enquiries sensitively. You’ll have at least six months experience working face to face with customers with a clear commitment to customer service excellence. The roles will offer weekday/evening/weekend working and a current driving licence is an essential requirement of this post. However, if you have a disability which precludes you from holding a driving licence consideration will be given if alternative transport can be arranged.
