Overview

Sparking Growth for FMCG start-ups and challenger brands! Working together with brands to grow their Sales team.

We’re working with one of the UK’s fastest-growing challenger brands in the breakfast space. They’re on a mission to disrupt the category and take a leading position in the coming years. It’s a fast-paced, ambitious environment where big ideas, creative thinking, and strong commercial results go hand in hand.

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)


What you’ll be doing

* Leading and growing relationships with top grocery and high street retailers across grocery, health & wellness, and impulse
* Owning customer plans end-to-end, from JBP delivery and sell‑in through to promos and in-store activations
* Delivering revenue, margin, and commercial targets through accurate forecasting and budget management
* Using insight and data to identify opportunities, outpace competitors, and drive category growth
* Working cross-functionally with marketing, supply, and category to ensure flawless execution

* Grocery account management experience in FMCG, ideally across both mults and high street
* A proven commercial track record with excellent negotiation skills
* Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach
* A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
