of House Manager to join our team!
The Role:
As an assistant
front of house manager, you will lead from the front and always strive to set
the standard we are proud of!
Main
Responsibilities:

Using our company
standard to anticipate and deliver on guests needs and ensuring the team are
consistently delivering on these needs
·
Confident and
professional engagement with guests at all times
·
Communicate between
departments appropriately on specific guest requests
·
Manage day-to-day
operations, ensuring the quality and standards are meeting the expectations of
guests at all times
·
Handle complaints and
resolve any guest conflicts
·
Supervises all areas
of the Front Office in the absence of the Front Office Manager
·
Assist in the
interviewing and hiring of team members
·
Brings issues
concerning employee satisfaction to the attention of the Manager or HR
Candidate
Requirements:
High school diploma
& 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related
professional area.
OR
2 year degree from
an accredited university in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality,
business administration or related subject.
