Shift pattern: Monday–Sunday, 5 out of 7. Schedule between 7am and 8pm.
About the Role
As a Branch Support Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for our branch colleagues, ensuring they have the guidance, tools, and confidence they need to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities
* Be the go‑to expert for branch colleagues on the Colleague Support Line.
* Troubleshoot system issues and coach colleagues through resolutions with patience and care.
* Understand partner‑specific requirements and tailor support to meet eurochange and third‑party client needs.
* Log and manage all queries accurately, keeping clear records in line with SLAs.
* Provide real‑time coaching on AML, KYC, XTRIS use, and compliance.
* Support configuration and updates of XTRIS system settings, including opening hours, user access, and branch‑specific requirements.
* Maintain accurate onboarding and off‑boarding records for systems and colleagues.
* Monitor recurring issues, flag process gaps, and recommend improvements.
* Collaborate with Compliance, Retail Operations, and IT teams to deliver smooth operational support.
* Complete branch visits to deepen your understanding of the operational environment.
* Contribute ideas to improve processes, enhance system tools, and boost frontline effectiveness.
Stand‑Out Qualities
* Strong communication skills with a helpful, solutions‑focused approach.
* Experience in a customer or colleague support environment, ideally in retail or financial services.
* Knowledge of compliance frameworks like AML, KYC, GDPR, and operational best practice.
* Comfortable using support platforms and logging systems, with keen attention to detail.
* Proven ability to coach others with patience and professionalism.
* Excellent time‑management and prioritisation skills to thrive in a fast‑paced role.
* A collaborative mindset and team‑player attitude.
